We are seeking a
**Training Officer. **Business Services are the backbone of KPMG, crucial to setting our business on the path to success. Our Business Services staff connect the dots, converging the right people and the right technologies to ensure an exemplary, effective and signature client experience.
What you will be working on:
The Training officer contributes to the development of KPMG Luxembourg's annual training programs and learning services by supporting the Learning & Development Business Partner and the Learning Specialists. The role will work across the Audit, Tax, Advisory and Business Services functions and/or on firm wide projects.
- You will support the Learning & Development Business Partner and the Learning Specialists for the administrative tasks.
- You will send the training invitations, reply to trainers and participants queries and maintain accurate data in our Learning Management System and databases.
- You will maximize the use of available tools and programs to drive best practices and enhance the user experience.
- You will build and maintain relationships with key business contacts and stakeholders.
What we look for:
- You hold a bachelor or equivalent in business administration, human resources, economics, event management etc.
- You have strong organizational skills.
- You have good presentation & communication skills and does not hesitate to go the extra mile.
- You are a team player.
- You are fluent in English (Speaking and Writing). French and/or German is considered an asset.
