**About the Position**
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, users, and consultants
- Drive the implementation of shop floor production material handling and pull systems within the SAP EWM system across EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Americas to improve the competitive position of the factories
- Develop training materials and organize train the trainer sessions within organization
- Create and follow-up on standards and guidelines for one Goodyear Way, facilitate Best Practice Sharing across plants and regions
- Align Global/Regional workstream Business Process Owners (BPO) and the IT Business Process Leader (BPL) to successfully implement, improve and sustain the MES EWM & Kanban
- Facilitate the knowledge transfer to the MES regional and local teams and support EWM business process experts to enhancement, change, maintenance, and correction requests in regard to all MES related material handling processes
- Collaborate with other Global & regional workstreams and organizations (Business Process Owners) to avoid or solve integration issues or to minimize implementation risk.
- Assure link between plant users and IT support groups concerning EWM business processes, participate to priorities MES & EWM related IT requests and perform the validation of MES related software changes

**Responsibilities**
- Influence users as well as regional and global MES team members with the aim of a successful project Deployments. Support resolution of any conflicting issue that hampers progress. Prepare training material and user documentation. Organize and run training sessions. Collect user feedback and provide assessments on local change readiness and progress of implementation efforts. Document Gaps and hold in Solution manager.
- Collect Regional BPO feedback and provide assessments on Regional and global change readiness and progress of implementation efforts.
- Work out functional spec concerning EWM and E kanban Business Processes changes and new features.
- Provide input to other MES BPOs concerning development priorities.
- Analyze new requests and provide guidance to IT developers.
- Perform software validation and develop test plans. Ensure smooth transition between local execution systems.
- Request user access to SAP and assign required profile and support Regional EWM business process owners manage access profiles.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree required; Masters desired
- 5 years Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing plant processes concerning Scheduling, Tire Building / Curing / Stock Prep / Mixing
- 2 years’ knowledge and experience working in a production control or Production flow/supply planning function
- 2 years’ experience and knowledge working with the tire industrialization process, associated systems, procedures, and regulations
- 2 years’ experience managing implementation of MES EWM to plant floor environment
- PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred

- Effective communication skills
- Fluent English skills
- Pronounced multicultural sensibility
- A team player having the willingness to perform in accordance with guidelines, standards, rules, and company policies
- expertise in leading presentations, discussions, and training sessions
- Excellent documentation skills and experience in preparing user documentation and training material
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & SAP APO / MES and ERP systems
- Ability to demonstrate critical role in delivery of a development activity
