**About the Position**
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, users, regions, and consultants
- Performs troubleshooting on all production issues and recommend appropriate solutions for same and monitor all engine maintenance activities across all regions as well as strategic global initiatives related to eKanban
- Administers, prioritizes, and monitors regression testing, maintenance and enhancement requests for all system and process changes/requests in All regional ERP integration with AP4 and data science
- Responsible for driving process creation and standardization of the MES eKanban to maximize value to the business and service to our customers while ensuring the appropriate systems and processes are in place to support the standard process to ensure one Goodyear way.
- Accountable for designing and blueprinting enhancements/corrections as wells as aligning Regional and global standards. Share Best Practices across plants & regions
- Must collaborate with Global & regional Process owners and experts to avoid or solve integration issues or to mitigate risk. Initiates requests for system amendments, improvements, and new features, defines priorities manufacturing business process related IT requests, and perform the validation of SAP software changes

**Responsibilities**
- Leads, develops, and aligns MES process blueprints across all regions, ensuring Business process master lists are maintained and defines the measures that are aligned with the organization & company strategies
- Supports and drives the creation of business cases for MES process changes and enhancements
- Monitors and reports process performance against KPIs and health versus plans. Ensuring quality reports are produced distributed and utilized. Function as a point of escalation when required
- Synchronizes process improvement plans with other process owners within the value chain and other interfacing processes. Integrating the process into the line organization. Approves and initiates training when required. Shares best practices with plants and regions
- Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements, ensuring there is an optimal fit between people, process, and technology. Schedule and attend meetings according to the current and future global Process and Governance Structure
- Defines and sponsors business process change and capability investments, which continuously increase the maturity of the process

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree desired
- 5 years Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing plant processes concerning Scheduling, Tire Building / Curing / Stock Prep / Mixing
- 4 years with manufacturing systems and process engineers
- 2 years of knowledge and experience working in a production control or Production flow/supply planning function
- 2 years’ experience and knowledge working with the tire industrialization process, associated systems, procedures, and regulations
- 2 years’ experience managing implementation of MES PPDS to plant floor environment
- PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred
