**About the Role**:

- Sourcing of mid size projects and handling stakeholder requests on MRO articles, manufacturing equipment, services and other manufacturing supplies.
- Launch request for quotations.
- Negotiate best price-quality solution.
- Identify recurring stakeholder requests, negotiate long term conditions with suppliers and integrate results in contracts and catalogues. Follow up contract performance with suppliers.
- Assist in defining efficient processes and working instructions, supplier relationship management and the creation of a communication plan towards internal stakeholders.
- Realize a sourcing strategy document for a commodity.
- Contributing to process optimization projects and best practice implementation.
- Managing purchase order follow-ups, document handling, and compliance checks.

**To Join Our Team You Need**:

- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree with focus on Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain or Purchasing.
- Must have a very good level in English (writing and speaking).
- All other European language and especially French,German and Luxemburgish will be considered as an asset.
- IT, soft skills & others.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team player, self driven, taking initiative, enthusiastic.
- Flexible, ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Able to interact with all levels of Management.
