**Senior Associate Compliance (within business unit)**

**Department: Corporate & Private Wealth**

**Vacancy type: Permanent**

**The position**
- Support the legal teams in various AML/KYC matters and liaise with the Compliance department
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients (e.g. KYC checklist support, client discussion support, etc.)
- Support the legal teams in ensuring that client files are up to date, and drive the timely delivery of internal compliance matters (e.g. UBO changes, file reviews, client exits, etc.)
- Monitor & manage operational risks
- Supervise audit and regulatory reviews

**Your Profile**

We are looking for individuals who:

- Have at least 4 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Have solid knowledge of AML regulations in Luxembourg
- Have familiarity with Luxembourg holding companies in the industry (including basic understanding of transactions from Luxembourg perspective in terms of legal, tax and accounting)
- Have analytical skills and attention to details
- Have the ability to multi-task and to monitor and follow up externally or internally
- Are pro-active, with the ability to take initiatives and ownership, and are solution-oriented
- Have good communication skills
- Excellent communication, relationship and project management skills
- Can coach/ train on Compliance matters, as necessary
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
