**CapitalatWork (faisant partie du Groupe Foyer)**est un gestionnaire d'actifs dynamique et indépendant pour des clients privés et professionnels. Depuis 30 ans déjà, nous construisons la valeur ajoutée des portefeuilles d'investissement de nos clients en appliquant notre philosophie d'investissement disciplinée et nos connaissances en planification successorale.

Nous gérons des actifs d'environ 9 milliards d'euros et employons environ 140 collaborateurs répartis dans neuf bureaux : Anvers, Breda, Bruxelles, Eindhoven, Gand, Courtrai, Leuven, Louvain-la-Neuve et Luxembourg.

Pour renforcer notre équipe de Leudelange, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) **Tax Manager.**

**Vos missions**:

- Accompagner les CRM avec leurs clients ayant des besoins en estate planning (testament, donation, résidence secondaire) et leur apporter des solutions personnalisées.
- Analyser les besoins financiers des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées pour atteindre leurs objectifs à long terme.
- Assurer un suivi régulier avec les clients pour ajuster les plans en fonction des changements dans leur situation personnelle ou dans la législation.
- Assurer une veille des évolutions législatives et réglementaires en matière de fiscalité et de planification successorale (Luxembourg, Belgique, France) et rédiger des newsletters sur ces sujets.
- Assurer la formation continue des CRM en matière de succession et de donation au Luxembourg.
- Préparer des rapports et des présentations pour les clients, détaillant les stratégies recommandées et les impacts financiers.
- Fournir un support en matière de fiscalité, CRS, FATCA et QI aux départements CRM et Admin Cli.
- Soutenir le département Finance pour toutes questions fiscales, TVA et impôts directs.
- Suivre les projets à caractère fiscal, tant pour les clients que pour la société.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez un diplôme en droit, finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe.
- Vous avez une expérience significative en planification successorale et fiscale, de préférence dans un environnement bancaire, une certification en planification financière (CFP) ou en fiscalité (CPA) est un atout.
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des lois fiscales et successorales luxembourgeoises et françaises est un plus.
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Vous avez des compétences en négociation, un sens du détail et de la rigueur.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais.
