** Purpose of the position** Ensure and provide outstanding service to our customers. The service level has to promote a professional image (reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) of our company by meeting or going beyond customer's expectations. - ** Accountabilities and related activities** 1. Process, organise, validate and ensure follow up of all sales administrative activities. Related Activities - Communication to customer via telephone and in written form. - Provide correspondence (offer, order confirmation, information, etc.) - Process inquiries, orders and special requests of customers. - Enter orders, check orders and follow up orders. - Co-ordinate and monitor order fulfilment (logistic, production, finance, etc). - Update the EDP system (customer master file, etc). - Filing and archiving correspondence. - Monitor customer's sales development. - Monitor call off, stock orders, allocations, consignment stock (according to procedure). - Handle complaints - Manage emergencies - Follow all procedures related on rebates contracts 2.Built up "customer relationships" on telephone and in written correspondence in order to distinguish our company in a positive way from competition. Related Activities - Reliability : Perform service dependably, accurately and consistently. - Responsiveness : Ensure prompt service and willingness (flexibility) to help customers. - Assurance : Built up trust and confidence by using knowledge and courtesy. - Empathy : Caring individualised attention to customers. 3.Provide the support to Sales and Marketing Team to perform their job competently and to achieve maximum results. Related Activities -Inform on order entry together with general summarising of business activities. - Telemarketing according to business and country needs. - Carry out specific analysis upon request of the Marketing Team. - Take full sales responsibility for certain agreed accounts. **Profil** - ** Knowledge and skills needed.** The communication skills - Negotiation skills - 3 European languages : French - **English - German** - Computer skills (Word, Excel,)
