HI Partners is currently seeking a Customer Relationship Officer who is fluent in German to an Asset Management structure in Luxembourg. As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Daily management of business transactions, including the recording and verification of customer master data
- Recording and inputting customer transactions and ensuring accuracy in reconciling customer inventories within our portfolio management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Maintenance of customer and agent files (both physical and electronic) - archiving
- Reviewing and sending new client documents to the custodian banks
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Performing business checks in accordance with the control plan, including MIFID and other relevant regulations
- Preparation and sending of asset reports to clients
- Facilitating the transmission of orders to our custodian banks and order control
- Providing assistance to the portfolio management team by executing orders

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in German is mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking of securities environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in using Portfolio Management System - preferably Infront Software tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
