Dans le but de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons actuellement:
**Un Opérateur HelpDesk (F/H)**
CDD, à temps plein (40h/semaine), travail le samedi en rotation

Vos missions:

- Gérer la prise des appels entrants en tant que vitrine de notre entreprise,
- Diagnostiquer à distance une éventuelle panne et identifier les ressources nécessaires à la résolution du problème,
- Effectuer un reporting des problèmes rencontrés par les clients via un système de tickets sur plusieurs niveaux,
- Aider le client dans ses démarches de résolution,
- Planifier les rendez-vous de nos équipes d’intervention,
- Résoudre les problèmes de la clientèle en face-à-face,
- Effectuer les tests de fonctionnement de matériel,
- Fidéliser la clientèle par une résolution efficace des problèmes.

Votre profil:

- Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation technique de niveau Bac à Bac + 2,
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques,
- Vous possédez une bonne aisance au téléphone,
- Vous parlez le français et l’anglais, la connaissance de l’allemand et du luxembourgeois est un atout,
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe autant que le travail en autonomie.
