Spécialisé dans la fourniture d'accès Internet, la téléphonie fixe, mobile, la télévision, le développement de réseaux et d'applications informatiques, Luxembourg Online est un expert dans le domaine des télécoms depuis plus de 25 ans.

Dans le but de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons actuellement :

Un Opérateur HelpDesk (F/H)

CDD, à temps plein (40h/semaine), travail le samedi en rotation

Vos missions :

  • Gérer la prise des appels entrants en tant que vitrine de notre entreprise,
  • Diagnostiquer à distance une éventuelle panne et identifier les ressources nécessaires à la résolution du problème,
  • Effectuer un reporting des problèmes rencontrés par les clients via un système de tickets sur plusieurs niveaux,
  • Aider le client dans ses démarches de résolution,
  • Planifier les rendez-vous de nos équipes d'intervention,
  • Résoudre les problèmes de la clientèle en face-à-face,
  • Effectuer les tests de fonctionnement de matériel,
  • Fidéliser la clientèle par une résolution efficace des problèmes.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation technique de niveau Bac à Bac + 2,
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques,
  • Vous possédez une bonne aisance au téléphone,
  • Vous parlez le français et l'anglais, la connaissance de l'allemand et du luxembourgeois est un atout,
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe autant que le travail en autonomie.
