Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen - Teamleiter "Technical Helpdesk & Rezeption" (m/w/d) **Die artelis-Gruppe, die 2006 gegründet wurde, bündelt die Aktivitäten der beiden Telekommunikationsunternehmen cegecom s.a. (seit 1999 in Luxemburg tätig) und VSE NET GmbH (seit 1998 in Deutschland tätig). Aufbauend auf die langjährige Erfahrung beider Unternehmen ist die artelis-Gruppe in der Lage, neue Produkte schneller und vorteilhafter auf den Markt zu bringen und seine Dienstleistungen grenzübergreifend anzubieten. Standorte und Rechenzentren befinden sich sowohl in Luxemburg als auch in Deutschland.** **Deine Aufgaben**: - Aufbau eines neuen technischen Helpdesk-Teams im Schichtbetrieb im Bereich Networks Operation - Auswahl, Steuerung und Führung des neuen Teams - Planung und Gewährleistung der Personaleinsätze - Erstellung und Evaluierung der Ziele für die Teammitglieder - Support und Ticketlösung für unsere Kunden - KPI-Überwachung inkl.
