Sales-Lentz est le spécialiste de la mobilité, des voyages au Luxembourg et en Grande Région.
Notre entreprise fait partie d’un groupe familial dans sa troisième génération.
Nous visons la créativité, l'innovation et le professionnalisme.
Dans le cadre de notre développement nous recherchons un/une collaborateur/collaboratrice pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Responsabilités
- Etablir et rédiger des offres de prix (location de bus avec chauffeur)
- Calculer des offres de prix
- Confirmer et suivre les dossiers clients
- Conseiller les clients par téléphone et par mail
- Traiter les mails (demandes, changements, annulations, etc )
- Faire passer les informations entre les différents services
- Travail quotidien avec des programmes informatiques
Exigences obligatoires
- Niveau d’études minimum : Bac administratif/secrétariat ou équivalence
- Avoir une parfaite connaissance du Luxembourg et de la Grande Région
- A l’aise avec la communication verbale et écrite avec les clients
- Réactif, organisé, logique, persuasif motivé et proactif
- Résistant au stress
- Avoir un esprit d’équipe et savoir travailler aussi d’une manière autonome
- Bon organisateur afin de planifier les projets
- Être doté d'une bonne capacité de communication et d'empathie
- Très bonne connaissance des outils programmes informatiques MS Office
Nous offrons
- Une expérience professionnelle dans une société de transport est un plus
