**Your role**
- maintain and further enhance the life insurance product shelf e.g., product offering, processes, front & client materials etc.
- support internal stakeholders and external insurance brokers/carriers with operational matters to ensure a compliant and timely servicing of the life insurance book
- manage the relationship with a panel of insurance carrier and intermediaries
- participate in projects and initiatives with multi-functional teams
- organize and facilitate product/country-specific seminars, trainings, workshops
- monitor and manage risks accordingly within a structured risk framework
- coordinate the maintenance of the underlying discretionary mandates and investment funds incorporated into life insurance (new mandates, decommissioning, SAA, price changes, etc)
- leverage on know-how and synergies from other life insurance locations
- participate in client meetings/contacts covering insurance needs
- monitor regulatory developments, ensure that the modus operandi of the business is compliant and up to date with the applicable regulatory framework

You will be part of the Wealth Planning Advisory & Life Insurance team within CIO GLOBAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT. You support some of the most talented senior client advisors, servicing well-established HNWI relationships. **Your expertise**
- demonstrated & proven experience as a product manager of HNWI life insurance (PPLI, Unit Linked) with excellent product knowledge
- proven experience and good understanding of financial markets
- excellent understanding of the regulatory environment impacting financial institutions in the wealth planning and life insurance space
- experience dealing with Private Banking Client Advisors and Advisory & Sales
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience in managing projects
- proven coaching/mentoring skills, are a team player with high interpersonal skills
- very structured and principled with a “can do” and an entrepreneurial mindset
- solutions oriented, analytical, structured, disciplined, diligent, and persistent
- experience in dealing with compliance and risk controls within the financial services sector
