- CMDB Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the CMDB service, aligning it closely with our strategic business objectives.
- Customer Understanding: Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges in the realm of configuration management. Use this insight to drive the development of impactful solutions.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, detailing key features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of CMDB services.
- User Stories: Define detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and meeting customer expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the CMDB service, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among development teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure everyone is aligned with the product vision.
- CMDB Expertise: Utilize your CMDB expertise to guide the development team in crafting a world-class CMDB solution.
- Service Catalogue Management: Define and manage the service catalogue for CMDB as a Service, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and market trends.
- Automation Initiatives: Lead efforts to automate and streamline CMDB operations, emphasizing improvements in efficiency and user experience.

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- CMDB Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs).
- Infrastructure or Cloud Background: Previous experience in infrastructure or cloud projects is highly desirable, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of these environments.
- Product Ownership Experience: Proven track record as a Product Owner or in a comparable role, particularly within a technology-oriented field.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong emphasis on the customer, with the ability to gather valuable insights and transform them into impactful product features.
- Visionary Leadership: Capability to formulate a compelling product vision and inspire teams to actively contribute toward achieving that vision.
- Curiosity and Passion: Natural curiosity and a passionate commitment to discovering relevant information to enhance customer service.
- Leadership Proficiency: Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Communication Prowess: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively convey ideas and collaborate seamlessly across teams.
- Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications related to CMDB or product ownership is considered a plus, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
