We are looking for a **Product Owner** who will be responsible for leading the solution definition, product execution.
Our future PO will work closely with the agile teams (Business Analysts, Developers, User Experience, Architects, Quality Assurance, Operations, Scrum Masters) and business stakeholders through product conception, launch, and market success.
Also, the PO will manage the product lifecycle while ensuring that quality assurance standards and the product milestones are met.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
- Regularly engaging with clients and stakeholders to convert their thoughts and needs into problems/challenges;
- Defining acceptance criteria for solving problems and challenges for the digital assessment market;
- Prioritizing and grouping problems and challenges based on business needs and value;
- Leading the validation of proposed solutions using proof of concepts, including metrics to measure its successfulness in partnership with user experience and business analyst;
- Dealing with the clients and stakeholders to evolve and validate proof of concepts;
- Being the voice of business in their agile team;
- Communicating and describing problems to their agile team to create technical solutions;
- Supporting their agile team with business inputs while dealing with the mínimal valuable product(s) and clients to evolve and validate them;
- Prioritizing the product backlog and setting the sprint goals;
- Understands and influences OAT’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with the product strategy vision and differentiate OAT in the marketplace;
- Tracking product performance, understanding of value drivers, and making decisions based on these;
- Fluent in **English**, any other language is an advantage;
- Strong background in user-centered methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Usability Testing;
- Experienced working successfully with Scrum teams in an Agile environment being the product owner; focus on disciplined agile execution, continuous improvement;
- Experience in the EdTech market in general, and the Assessment sector, in particular, is a plus;
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a B2B environment is an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, ability to identify key metrics and use data insights to drive business priorities;
- Familiar with prototyping tools (Invision, Balsamiq);
- Strong working knowledge of the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence);
- Strong communication skills for managing teams and resolving conflicts;
