**Your missions**

In this role as an AIFM Junior Compliance Officer, you will be involved in the day-to-day management and oversight of complex Fund of Funds, Fixed Income, Private Equity and Real Estate portfolios of various Alternative Investment Funds. You will directly report to the Conducting Officer. Some of your duties include:

- Review of the AIFM’s compliance policy;
- Implementation and review of the AIFM’s compliance monitoring plan;
- Perform due diligence on delegates;
- Perform and coordinate KYC, KYT and AML monitoring;
- Be part on the onboarding process of the new clients;
- Advise and assist the staff of the AIFM on compliance matters;
- Raise AIFM’s team awareness to comply with AIFM’s rules and regulations;
- Involvement in the AIFM’s internal audit process;
- Perform legal watch to ensure the company’s compliance.

**Your ideal profile**
- Finance or law master degree;
- Excellent communicator, deep analytical capabilities and ambitious;
- Ability to read and understand professional agreements, fund agreements;
- Ability to think constructively and work independently while interacting with the team in project related tasks;
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience within the financial services industry with preferably a first direct exposure mutual funds (BIG4 or AIFM experience would be a strong advantage);
- **Fluent in English, **French is a plus;
- Awareness of the regulatory environment of the Luxembourg funds industry, AIFM, GDPR and AML regulations and circulars;
- Experience in Real Estate/Private Equity or any alternative funds exposure is a plus;
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project

- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
