Your Responsibilities | Compliance Officer - Fiduciary - Funds - AIFM

Liaising with third parties such as banks, CSSF and others Luxembourgish administrations will be part of your daily missions.

On a daily basis, you will have to realize AML/KYC analysis and report it to your superiors within a structure with an open communication.

You will contribute to the collection of legal documentation in regards to the on-boarding process of new clients in your portfolio (PE/RE, SPV, AIF).

You will participate, in collaboration with the partners of the company, in the frequent legal monitoring in order to remain up to date on those issues.

Profile and Career Path | Compliance Officer - Fiduciary - Funds - AIFM

A first exposure in the Compliance field (traineeship or permanent position) in Luxembourg is required for this opportunity. You ideally have a basic knowledge in funds such as PE/RE, SPV, Securitization Vehicles or/and AIF.

You are fluent in English (written and orally) and other European languages will be considered as an asset (Polish, French and so on).

You consider yourself a curious person that is eager to learn and discover new things thanks to your open mindedness.

As a Junior Compliance Officer, you will benefit from an attractive salary package with an annual gross remuneration that could reach € 50.000, according to your profile and achievements, a very generous bonusmight be added and can represent three months salary which will help you envisage a peaceful future.
