Curious about how accounting really works in practice? As an Accountant Intern, you’ll join our Finance team and get hands-on exposure to daily accounting operations. From journal entries to reconciliations, you’ll support the team in keeping financial data accurate while learning the ropes of Lux GAAP and professional accounting practices.
You’ll work under the guidance of experienced accountants who will coach you, answer your questions, and help you turn theory into practice. This is your chance to build confidence, develop real skills, and see if accounting is your thing
**What you will be working on**:
During your internship, you’ll support the team with:
Daily accounting tasks
- Assisting with invoice booking and supplier postings.
- Helping prepare and post journal entries.
- Supporting the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.
- Checking that financial data is accurate and well-organized.
Month-end closings
- Assisting with accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications.
- Helping review and record expense notes.
- Supporting cash bookings and monthly prepaid expenses.
Reconciliations & reporting
- Helping with balance sheet reconciliations.
- Supporting cash reconciliation and cash-flow reporting.
- Assisting with intercompany reconciliations.
Team collaboration
- Supporting the Accounts Payable team when needed.
- Working closely with teammates and learning from their expertise.
**What we look for**:
- Your background
- Currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Some knowledge of accounting principles (Lux GAAP is a plus but not required).
- Comfortable with Excel and eager to improve your skills.
- Fluent in English; French or other languages are a plus.
- Mandatory internship of at least 4 months.
- ** You are available from January 2026.**
