Our partner is a boutique accounting firm of 15 people, with many team members who have been employed here for over 5 or even 10 years.
As the tailor-made approach is key here, this accounting firm was able to build an impressive portfolio of clients throughout the years, within specific types of sectors. This means that you will be able to develop new skills and learn more about these highly interesting activities.
The values of the company are also geared towards offering an environment in which everyone is able to find satisfaction and come to work with a smile. By being mindful about open communication with thepartners and amongst each other and integrating people that will fit well in the team, the staff turn-over is very limited as said above.
Lastly, overtime is very rare in this accounting firm so you will not feel overworked or stressed.
Your Responsibilities | Accountant – Accounting – PFS – Fiduciary - Finance
- You have the responsibility to manage a portfolio of entities, in the most autonomous way possible. If you need support or have questions, the Head of Accounting will be more than happy to answer your questions.
- You tasks will include the daily accounting, preparation of tax returns and the establishment of annual accounts.
You are in contact regularly with your clients and you answer their questions, in order to provide them with a high-quality service.
Profile and Career Path | Accountant – Accounting – PFS – Fiduciary - Finance
- Fluency in English is a must whereas any other language (especially French, German or Dutch) will be considered an advantage.
- You see the true added value in digitalization and organized (IT) processes, which is why you have an interest in helping to improve existing processes or to put in place new ones. You therefore have strong IT skills.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an accountant in Luxembourg, within the following types of structures : Fiduciary, PFS or Big Four.
- You have acquired experience on a portfolio of Real Estate and/or commercial companies.
