A well-established trust company, conveniently located in Northern Luxembourg and easily accessible by train, is currently seeking an experienced Accountant/Chartered Accountant to join their team. With a workforce of approximately 50 employees, this family-oriented firm specializes in managing the accounting needs of numerous local commercial companies and SOPARFIs. Fluency in the local language, Luxembourgish, is highly advantageous, as the company consists of a significant number of Luxembourgish employees. However, proficiency in English, German, and French is mandatory._
**_ Senior Accountant - Your Role :_**
- _ Independently and comprehensively handle all accounting tasks from start to finish for the firm's clients._
- _ Maintain accurate books, prepare tax returns, and compile annual financial statements and balance sheets._
- _ Collaborate closely with clients, providing tailored accounting and tax advice to meet their specific requirements._
**_ Senior Accountant - Your Profile:_**
- _ Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant or Chartered Accountant, with a strong background in managing commercial companies._
- _ In-depth knowledge of local and international accounting standards._
- _ Proficiency in English, German, and French (knowledge of Luxembourgish is a significant advantage)._
- _ Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively._
- _ Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail._
