Director of Growth, Digital Services Europe

**The team, position & mission**:
Join us at the forefront of digital innovation as the Director of Growth for Digital Services Europe (DSE). Reporting directly to the CEO, as a key member of the Executive Management Team, you'll spearhead growth initiatives across nine European countries.

Your mission? To craft and execute a dynamic growth strategy, driving business expansion and innovation. You'll identify opportunities for new business, forge partnerships, and lead our technical teams to develop a cutting-edge product and service portfolio.

**Your key areas of responsibility**:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth and go-to-market strategy for Digital Services across Europe.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships and market expansion.
- Leading the Business Area teams (our technical gurus) to build an industry-leading, innovative product and service portfolio for DSE.
- Driving innovation within our technical roadmap to respond to customer needs and market opportunities, connected to our value proposition.
- Representing Digital Services as an executive advisor (at customer meetings, speaking events, etc.).
- Collaborating with multiple departments, as well as key stakeholders across the Orange Business group, to support growth initiatives on a group level.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Serving as a key member of the executive management team and contributing to the overall direction, vision, and strategy of Digital Services.

**A visionary leader, experienced in growth strategies
**You (preferably) have a relevant Master’s degree and excel in communicating, with fluency in English. You should have a robust background in business development, sales, or presales, coupled with expertise related to technical innovation and solutions.**

**Prior experience in implementing and leading growth strategies is essential, as is a deep understanding of technological trends (having worked with data technologies is advantageous).**

**Moreover, you have exceptional leadership skills and are able to motivate people in a complex multinational environment, with an ability to navigate a fast-paced setting, collaborate across borders, and drive change while fostering strong relationships along the way.
