As the leader in this role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our staff augmentation team, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and collaborators.

1. Develop and execute growth strategies, continuously driving the expansion of our staff augmentation services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients.

2. Manage client contracts, negotiate agreements, and ensure the profitability of staff augmentation projects.
- Oversee client contracts, skillfully negotiating terms, and maintaining project profitability.

3. Stay abreast of market trends, anticipate future needs, and adjust the strategy accordingly.
- Monitor market trends, proactively anticipate industry needs, and adapt strategies to stay ahead.

4. Supervise the operational follow-up of staff augmentation missions, ensuring ongoing satisfaction for clients and collaborators.
- Provide effective supervision of operational aspects, ensuring continuous satisfaction for both clients and team members.

**Qualifications Required**:
1. Proven experience in managing staff augmentation operations within an IT company.
- Demonstrate a track record of successful staff augmentation management within the IT industry.

2. Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Showcase strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Display a proven ability to create and execute effective strategies for business growth.

4. In-depth knowledge of the IT employment market.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the IT job market.

5. Analytical mindset and the ability to make strategic decisions.
