**What you will be doing**
The Head of Financial, Planning and Analysis will be part of a broader financial management system which also includes functionality for accounting, treasury and cash flow management, corporate & audit, and other core financial processes. The role requires, in addition to solid financial acumen, interpersonal skills to manage junior team members, collaborate with colleagues, and get buy-in from top management

In particular, you will be responsible for:

- Building in Satispay organisation the FP&A - xP&A functions assessing the most suitable structure and process to implement and determining the most appropriate tools to adopt
- Examining and evaluating the cost-efficiency of each department of the company so as to provide fast and accurate financial analysis and advice to business leaders;
- Preparing internal reports for c-level executives and supporting their decision-making;
- Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company’s future operations that also account for multiple scenarios;
- Comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Predict the impact of potential strategic business decisions on cash flow and the bottom line;
- Assess and monitor the company’s overall financial health and investments;
- Align corporate strategy with execution and track performance;
- Identify and assess new revenue opportunities and risks;

- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required;
- Must have at least 10 years of financial planning and analysis experience;
- Certified public accountants (CPA) or certified financial analysts (CFA) are preferred;
- Experience in a regulated financial services business is preferred;
- Speaks English. French and Italian are a plus;
- Is familiar with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Is open to the opportunity that this unique position offers with the drive and enthusiasm to define the roles going forward

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. If you’re not already based there, we can support you with a relocation package. Business Trips to the headquarters in Milan may occur.
