- Preparing ingredients yourself;
- Providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu card, and methods;
- Responsible for stock and order management;
- Technically supervising assistant staff.

Your profile

- MBO level 3 working and thinking level (secondary vocational education);
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.

- Market-based salary between €2,510
- €3,050 gross per month (depending on experience and skills);
