- Almere Restaurant Xie is an atmospheric Asian restaurant in Almere, specializing in Chinese and fusion dishes. We work with fresh ingredients and combine traditional cooking techniques with modern presentation. For our friendly and dynamic team, we are looking for two Independent working cook I. Responsibilities:
- ingredients are prepared independently
- provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods
- responsible for stock and order management
- technical supervision of assistant(s). Job Requirements
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
