**Job Type(s)**:120 man days**Location(s)**:Luxembourg**Company Name**:infeurope S.A.infeurope is looking for a **Consultant in Business Analysis **with 3 Solid years of experience and adequate relevant experience in User support and Maintenance.

**TASKS**:

- Provide support to teams within the organization.
- Manage ticketing system and ensure resolution is kept up to date.
- Enrich and maintain the business documentation and procedures.
- Collection of the requirements related to Accurate tickets and/or projects.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication with IT teams and/or other support teams.
- Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with the relevant client’s Group stakeholders.
- Conduct key business analysis and collect detailed requirements from all stakeholders, perform analysis and agree on the new design with UX/UI colleagues.
- Make recommendations to simplify and improve existing processes and procedures.
- Prepare the list of data/information required to automate the workflow and analyze how to collect them (i.e., data transfer to Back Office system, or data extracted from other systems, etc.).
- Organize presentations to other Services in order to on-board new stakeholders/functionalities.
- Maintain and update the project documentation in order to reflect work completed/progress made and clearly identify existing or possible blocking points (e.g., constraints, risks, dependencies, etc.), monitor them and periodically prepare the status report for the senior management.
- Prepare Test scenarios and schedule the UAT with final users.
- Execute and document the UAT test execution.
- Prepare the User Manual and execute the proper handover of related working papers and deliverables prior to the completion of the assignment.

**KNOWLEDGE**:

- Knowledge of SWIFT market standards
- Knowledge and understanding of financial products and Back Office activities (Treasury and Capital markets, or Lending market)
- Knowledge of any Cash & Securities Reconciliation tool would be an advantage

**COMPETENCE**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Good communication and drafting skills
