From handling confidential information to ensuring smooth operations, your attention to detail and organizational skills will make a real difference to our people and our clients.

**What you will be working on**:

- Provide effective support to operational teams across the firm.
- Handle confidential information, including archives and incoming mail, with discretion and accuracy.
- Organize, prioritize, and follow up on multiple tasks while respecting deadlines.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a strong team spirit.
- Deliver excellent service to internal clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

**What we look for**:

- Education: You hold a degree in administration or related field.
- Experience: Previous professional experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage several tasks at once and keep priorities clear.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine team spirit.
- Languages: You are fluent in English and French. Any additional language is an asset.
- Tech: Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
