Your Responsibilities | Paralegal - In House - Holding - Legal

As an in house paralegal you will have diverse missions such as providing the legal team with your support. With your excellent communication skills and ability to implement efficient processes, you will have to ensure a high level of communication.

You will also have the opportunity to draft several legal documents, execute monitoring and inform your colleagues on regulatory updates.

A few secretarial and compliance responsibilities will be assigned to you, such the collection of AML/KYC documents, filling of various templates and mailing with external contacts.

Profile and Career Path | Paralegal - In House - Holding - Legal

We are looking for a talent that has acquired a solid experience (around 2 to 3 years), enabling you to have a technical autonomy on your daily responsibilities.

Experiences in law firms, AIFM or PFS are asked as it is an important asset for your future tasks. You must be familiar with Alternative Investment Funds especially with Private Equity and Real Estate funds.

Fluency in English, (oral and written), is mandatory in order to maintain a good level of communication internally and externally.

You should ideally have an educational background in law (Bachelor or Master).
