Luxembourg A&O Shearman Temps plein

**Internship contract**
Experience a one-month internship at A&O Shearman between June and September in our Tax department, where you will become an integral part of a team, work alongside accomplished lawyers, and actively participate in local and cross-border legal cases.

**Role purpose**
Conducting legal research
Participating in due diligence exercises
Translating, drafting and proofreading legal documents
Assisting in preparing client correspondence and presentations

**Key requirements**
You are a third-year or Master’s student in Business Law with a specialization in Tax law.
You are fluent in French, English and German. If you are motivated and eager to learn, this internship offers an excellent opportunity to expand your legal knowledge, develop autonomy, and engage with challenging cases.
