Asset Management Working Student Program

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Key responsibilities

As a working student at JPMorgan Asset Management, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks such as the following.
- Day-to-Day Tasks: Provide general administrative support on key departmental day-to-day tasks such as document management, team governance, data maintenance and reporting.
- Long-Term Projects: Actively participate in projects from starting point up to completion, including projects relating to process documentation, automation, and simplification.

Roles exist in the following areas: Finance, Control Management, Governance Office, Sales, Product Administration, Service Delivery, Client Onboarding, Risk Management, Investment Management Oversight and Human Resources.

**Profile**:

- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree or any other educational course offered by the University of Luxembourg, in the fields of Business Administration, Management, Governance, Finance, Economics, Wealth Management, Law, Accounting, Audit or similar
- Applicants must have a student visa in Luxembourg and be registered in an educational programme offered by the University of Luxembourg
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiastic team player
- Ambitious, hard-working, driven, reliable and capable of showing initiative
- Autonomous, diligent, and detail-oriented work style
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

IMPORTANT: This working student program is designed to provide a fixed-term, on-the-job experience in parallel to university studies and is limited to 15 working hours per week with the possibility to be supplemented by a summer internship prior to and/or pursuant to such period. The duration of the working student program is 10 months, with starting date 15th September.
