HI Partners is seeking a highly motivated Back Office & Operations Officer to join a reputable firm in Luxembourg. As a Back Office & Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and accurate processing of transactions, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with various internal teams, including Front Office, Compliance, and Finance, to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional service to our clients.
If you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent back office and operations support, we would like to hear from you.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in back office or operations role within the financial industry
- Fluent in both German and French (mandatory), in addition to English
- Knowledge of financial products and instruments
- Experience in transaction processing, account management, and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and client service orientation
