You will become a part of a team of 7 professionals where you will manage your own portfolio of companies and oversee the work of juniors.

Nowadays, they are seeking a **Corporate/Legal Manager**, with a strong exposure to alternatives.

**Corporate/Legal Manager - role**:

- Complete administration cycle of Luxembourg and foreign entities (incorporation, meetings of board and shareholders, liquidations, RCS filings, etc.).
- Participate in regular investment reporting (management reports, reports to investors);
- Liaise with banks, notaries, advisors, auditors, etc.
- Maintain legal files and bibles in excellent order.

**Corporate/Legal Manager - profile**:
To perform in this position, you need to have a similar experience as a **Corporate Officer, Legal Officer or Company Secretary** within a management company, service provider or bank. Besides the experience, you need to speak **fluent English**, any other language is considered as a great asset. On a personal level, you are a team player yet also able to work independently.

**Corporate/Legal Manager - offer**:
