- and London-based team constructs, manages and advises on portfolios of alternative investment solutions for institutional and private clients.- As a compliance manager, you will be part of Pictet Alternative Advisors (Europe) S.A. located in Luxembourg. You will support the conducting officer in charge of the Compliance function to ensure that the AIFM second line of defence is effective, documented and meets the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to investment funds (AIFs) and to the AIFM in Luxembourg, with a strong focus on private equity and real estate asset classes (funds sector, co-investment and direct opportunities).**Your role**:

- Acting as Money Laundering Reporting Officer and “responsable du contrôle du respect des obligations (RC)” of the Alternative Investment Funds under governance.
- Maintaining the compliance management framework in compliance with the applicable regulatory and Group level framework, monitoring developments in that framework and informing the relevant people of these developments.
- Maintaining the compliance monitoring plan, compliance risk register and compliance function report.
- Ensuring oversight and monitoring of delegated functions (distribution network included).
- Supervising AML obligations on business relationships of the AIFM and AIFs.
- Managing compliance risks (identification, assessment, control and report) at the asset and AIFs and entity levels, with a thorough understanding and expertise of the asset classes and structures involved.
- Coordinating the PRIIPS KID and EMT-EPT production within the different group stakeholders.
- Contributing to the reporting of the compliance function to the AIFM board of directors, recommending action plans where necessary.
- Preparing regulatory reports for filing to the regulators for the AIFM.
- Preparing and filing RC regulatory reports for the AIFs under your responsibility to the Boards of the AIFs as well as to the regulators.
- Working in conjunction with the portfolio management and legal teams of the AIFM for the onboarding of new funds and co-investments.

**Your profile**:

- Master’s degree in Law, Finance or Economics (or qualification deemed equivalent) from a top-tier university; a postgraduate-type qualification such as ACAMS, CAIA or FRM would be an asset.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the financial sector, including more than 5 years in a compliance or audit function of a private equity/real estate AIFM in Luxembourg.
- In-depth knowledge of European regulatory framework related to compliance (AML/CFT, AIFMD, EMIR, SFDR, Taxonomy, Performance fees, Liquidity, SRD, etc.).
- Strong analytical and communication skills (oral and written).
- Industry knowledge in private assets required, valuation skills would be an asset.
- Working knowledge of FATCA-CRS or willingness to learn.
- Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint. Excel and Word), BI tools such as Tableau or Sisense is a plus.
- Fluent in English; conversation level in French is an asset.
