Our team is growing so we want to onboard a Business Support Consultant to join our Unique Team.

More specifically, you will be involved in:

- Provide first point of contact user support ensuring a high level of customer service and communication
- Fulfil Service requests (SL2)
- Register and classify received incidents and undertake an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT service within the agreed SLAs
- Work closely with expert technical support groups including development and testing teams
- Accurately escalate unresolved incidents to other support teams or higher management levels
- Follow-up incidents and notify the client for the progress until its final resolution
- Maintain and enhance Service Desks Knowledge Base
- Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops based on clients’ needs
- Proactively seek and propose improvements

**Requirements**:

- University degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in client support for software solutions
- Knowledge of JIRA or other ticketing tool will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SQL (Oracle, MS SQL) will be an advantage
- ITIL certification (foundation level) will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Sharepoint and DRUPAL will be an advantage
- Knowledge of financial markets and products will be an advantage
Availability to travel abroad
- Excellent written and spoken English is required
