Our client, an **international investment structure AIF specialized located in the city center**, is renowned for its expertise in Private Equity & Real estate and global advisory. With billion in assets under management, including also billions in Luxembourg, they serve a diverse portfolio, and have a strategic focus on Luxembourg and Europe. As they continue to expand, they're seeking an experienced** Senior Manager Accountant to lead financial operations across EMEA**.

The Senior Manager Accountant (ACCA qualified) will oversee all financial and accounting functions, coordinating with **international entities** to ensure compliance, efficient financial reporting, and tax optimization. This high-impact role requires a proactive leader ready to manage complex, multi-country financial operations and support **the Group's strategic growth.**

**Head of Accounting - Responsabilities**:

- Financial Management: Oversee monthly reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation, and cash flow.
- Collaborate with auditors, legal advisors, compliance teams, and accounting units across borders.
- Regulatory Compliance & Audits: Manage IFRS, LuxGaap, and coordinate audit processes (UKGaap operations as well).
- Tax & VAT Optimization: Work closely with tax teams on DAC 6 filings and lead tax efficiency initiatives.

**Head of Accounting - Your profile**:

- 10+ years in accounting in a fund company, Big 4, or international firm.
- Diploma + **ACCA** certification with **expertise in IFRS, LuxGAAP (UKGaap is a plus).**:

- Technically skilled, autonomous, deadline-driven, and an effective communicator with leadership abilities.
- ** English fluency** mandatory and willing to work in an international environment with a hard work driven mindset. Any other language is welcomed.
