Recrutement confidentiel – Head of Finance | Luxembourg
Dans le cadre d'un développement stratégique, notre client une entreprise internationale régulée, basée au Luxembourg, renforce sa fonction Finance et recrute un(e) Head of Finance.
Le contexte, l'environnement et l'identité de l'entreprise seront communiqués uniquement aux profils présélectionnés.
Rattaché(e) à la Direction, vous pilotez l'ensemble de la fonction Finance pour l'entité européenne. Vous garantissez la fiabilité des informations financières, la conformité réglementaire et l'efficacité des processus, dans un environnement exigeant et en forte croissance.
Vos principales responsabilités :
- Piloter et structurer la fonction Finance
- Superviser la comptabilité et les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles
- Produire et analyser les reportings financiers à destination du management
- Piloter le budget, les prévisions et l'analyse des écarts
- Superviser la trésorerie, la gestion bancaire et la fiscalité
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Conformité, Risques et Opérations
- Être l'interlocuteur principal des auditeurs internes et externes
- Contribuer à des projets transverses et internationaux
Profil recherché :
- Formation supérieure en finance / comptabilité
- Qualification comptable reconnue (ACCA, ACA, CPA ou équivalent)
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en finance/comptabilité, idéalement dans un environnement régulé
- Maîtrise des processus comptables de bout en bout
- Excellente capacité d'analyse, rigueur et sens des priorités
- Anglais courant requis
