Nous recherchons un Consultant Data Scientist expérimenté.
Le consultant rejoindra l'équipe Data Science & AI qui a en charge de:

- L'aide à la transformation numérique en utilisant des méthodes Big Data et Intelligence Artificielle
- La création et la mise à disposition de modèles prédictifs et statistiques basés sur les données.
- Recherche et synthèse d'information de valeur commerciale dans les données existantes
- Le support aux services métiers dans le cadre de l'automatisation des prises de décisions.
- L'assistance aux analystes et scientifiques dans le déploiement des modèles en production

**Vos tâches**:

- Gérer l'intégralité du cycle de vie des projets data, depuis la planification initiale jusqu'à la mise en production
- Concevoir et déployer des modèles IA avancés, notamment pour des cas d'utilisation impliquant des modèles génératifs et des approches classiques (prédiction, classification, clustering).
- Mettre en place des pipelines de traitement de données optimisés avec Python sur Dataiku
- Recueillir les besoins métier et les transformer en spécifications techniques exploitables.
- Préparer et animer des workshops avec les parties prenantes métiers pour mieux comprendre leurs attentes et priorités
- Collecte et analyse de données
- Développement des APIs dans Dataiku
- Effectuer des tests rigoureux pour garantir la fiabilité et la précision des modèles et solutions développés
- Rédiger une documentation technique et fonctionnelle claire pour faciliter la compréhension et la réutilisation des solutions
- Préparer et animer des présentations synthétiques pour partager les résultats, recommandations et avancées des projets avec les parties prenantes
- Participer à l'acculturation data et IA à la Banque

Vos qualifications
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans des projets data avancés, incluant IA classique et IA générative
- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets (PRINCE 2 et/ou agile et/ou PPM...)
- Une maîtrise avancée des langages Python, SQL ainsi que des frameworks data (Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, Langchain,...)
- Une maîtrise du l'outil Dataiku
- Une expertise en gestion et traitement de données volumineuses (Big Data)
- Capacité à gérer des tâches multiples et à s'intégrer dans une équipe innovatrice
- Excellent sens de la communication, capacité à travailler en équipe, rigueur, autonomie, curiosité et proactivité
- Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise, la connaissance des langues luxembourgeoise et allemande constitue un atout.
