**Sr Legal Officer - Complex Transactions, Flexibility**

- You will manage a portfolio of **holding and financing** structures, guiding them through their corporate lifecycle.
- You will **prepare**, **draft**, and **review** legal documents such as contracts, minutes, and resolutions.
- You will **coordinate** with external stakeholders including notaries, lawyers, banks, and auditors.
- You will ensure **regulatory** **compliance** in Luxembourg, working in close collaboration with compliance colleagues.
- You will have the opportunity to maintain **direct contact** with clients and support them in their day-to-day requests.

- You will bring **at least 3 years** of experience as a Corporate Officer **in Luxembourg**, ideally within a fiduciary or a PFS.
- You will demonstrate a **structured** and **proactive** mindset, enabling you to manage deadlines with efficiency.
- A **degree in law** will highlight your solid foundation in corporate matters.
- You will ideally have knowledge of **tax aspects**, which will allow you to handle more complex transactions.
