You'll be responsible for the management and optimization of real estate portfolio. **What’s in it for you?**
- You have regular contact with the customer to look at the portfolio at a strategic level. What will the customer's overall strategy do and how will this impact the existing network?
- You draw up optimization plans, and you know how to present them clearly, showing the added value for the customer
- You are the spider in the web and combine your analytical, communication and commercial skills. You therefore find it a challenge to be a link between your customer, landlords, authorities, and your internal colleagues. This position gives you a great opportunity to grow further within our organization

**Let’s talk about you**
- You have a master’s degree in economics, finance, technical studies or equivalent with previous professional experience
- You can analyze and manage contracts data and ensure business plans are based on complete and accurate property data
- You have a particular interest in Real Estate, a friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills, capable to build a long-term relationship with clients
- You have an excellent command of French and English
