Your Responsibilities:

- Portfolio & Asset Management: Manage a diverse range of assets and build strong relationships with borrowers and sponsors.
- On-boarding: lead the integration of new transactions onto the asset management platform.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze asset performance, providing valuable insights through internal reporting.
- Investor Reporting: Prepare and present quarterly investor reports, updating the Board of Directors on asset performance.
- Legal Agreements: Drive the execution of amendments to legal agreements for investments/loans.
- Risk Management: Monitor and prepare risk management reporting.
- Funding and Distribution: Review borrower funding requests and distributions.
- Investment Support: Prepare investment committee memos and presentations.
- Due Diligence: Review new borrower agreements thoroughly.
- Travel: Conduct on-site visits to Real Estate assets.
- Delegates Oversight: Supervise service providers (e.g., loan servicers, project monitors) for compliance.

Your Profile:

- 8+ years of experience in the real estate sector (debt and/or equity)
- Finance degree & CFA/CPA/CA
- Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
- Self-starter, able to work in high stakes environments excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly to London & EU
