Main tasks
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.
- Support the HR team in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events.
- Assist in the coordination of onboarding activities for new hires.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
What we’re looking for
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, French is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous internship in human resources or a similar role is a plus.
