**Your Job**
Koch Engineered Solutions Equipment Technology & Services (KES ET&S) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to join our team as Regional Procurement Manager - EMEA (Dammam or Luxembourg). In this role you will oversee and manage all Procurement execution activities in the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Procurement strategies, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for project and manufacturing execution. A key aspect of your role will be to identify opportunities for value enhancement through a deep understanding of regional markets, effective negotiation, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead and manage a high-performing procurement team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and success.
- Become an optionality advocate, identifying key drivers and uncovering areas of greatest opportunity for our global production while maintaining supply.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Support and mentor team members, promoting their professional development and growth.
- Monitor performance metrics and take necessary actions to improve outcomes.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company values.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- A track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- Ability to travel as required. (up to 50%)
- English language proficiency
