For our headquarter office based in Dudelange, we are currently looking for an Accounting Manager.

**Primary Function**:
Under the supervision of the Finance Director EMEA, the Accounting Manager is responsible for controlling the financial statements for accuracy and completeness, preparing the accounting part of the financial comments and analyze the general accounts as well as cost accounting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepares the monthly and yearly financial statements, the Profit & Loss account, the Balance Sheet, the Cash flow statements;
- Checks the Capital Expenditures monthly;
- Performs analyzes on cost accounting matters, on general accounts, selling prices, key account customers;
- Prepares and revises procedures and processes;
- Manages all internal and external Audits;
- Prepare and manage Annual Financial Statements for All European entities and Impairments calculation;
- Works on other special projects (for instance, production transfer from one site to another one, fixed assets, improvement of inventory count, spare parts, cleaning Address Book );
- Manages a small team of accountants;

**Profile**:

- Master’s degree in Finance;
- At least 8 years’ experience in a similar position in the industrial sector in a multicultural environment;
- Strong management skills;
- Good analytical mind;
- Critical mindset;
- Problem solving;
- Stress resistant
- Fluency in English and French;
- Leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Excellent command of computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, ) and proficiency in JDEdwards;
- Proficient at developing relationships with employees, pears and external consultants;
- Ability to see the overall picture;
