The Assistant supports the Relationship Manager (RM) with all EAM, EFA and end-client related
administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling the Relationship Opening Process as well as
maintaining contracts and documentation in the respective systems. The Assistant provides prompt
and complete assistance, tracks dossiers and follows up documentation. The RM relies on the
Assistant to process various requests and enquiries, e.g. Portfolio Reporting, Legal & Compliance,
Tax, Structures, Credits, etc.
The Assistant is involved in the on-going information exchange with RM & Dedicated Business
Developer regarding the course of business. In addition, the Assistant helps to organise and prepare
acquisition & regular meetings, business events and trips. Within the Team, the Assistant organises
Team meetings and helps the RM & Team Leader to coordinate matters and follow up on action
points.
If there is no Transaction Specialist (TS) in the Team, the Assistant is also responsible for accurate,
efficient and timely processing of payments, orders and various trades, as well as documenting EAM /
end-client instructions and performing call-backs.
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Opening & closing of end-client accounts
- Maintenance of various Market-related materials incl. Pitch Books etc. for
acquisition purposes
- Trouble shooting and close bank-internal cross-teams/divisions collaboration
- Relationship management & retention incl. processing various EAM / EFA req
uests and enquiries (Legal, Tax, Structures, Credits, etc.)
- Support on order execution and payments
- Operational support to the RM in EAM / EFA relationship maintenance and servic
ing
- Processing of EAM / EFA / end-client instructions / enquiries incl. signature
check & quality assurance
- Execution of single & bulk orders, trades, payments, forex transactions, trustee
deposits, etc.
- Performing call-backs
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Education and Experience**:
- Relevant educational (bank apprenticeship or equivalent) and professional background in the financial industry or within an EAM
- Ideally 3+ years of work experience as Assistant Relationship Manager or in a similar role
**Professional Skills**:
- Foundational knowledge of financial markets: structure, function and legal/regulatory environment as well as industry awareness
- Basic understanding of relevant products and services applicable to EAM clients, plus valuation principles
- Strong fluency in English (oral and written) and other languages according to the market requirement
- Very good MS Office skills

- Excellent organisational skills, able to work swiftly, independently within the Assistant RM scope and accurately even when under pressure
