Mission

Within the Design department EMEA you will be part of the RHE Customisation Service team as an Customisation coordinator to manage custom specific projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of organization and attention to details. We are looking for an individual strongly customer oriented with a positive attitude who wants to grow their skill set in a dynamic company that values collaboration.

RHE Customisation Service aims at supporting our salesforce on non-standard customer projects on LVT & HE. Clervaux (LU), Konz (DE), Jaslo (PLD), Lenham (UK), Sedan (FR).

Main tasks

Process management: handle each customisation request according to the defined process, with responsibility to make sure the process happens in the right timeline / cost management and to deliver proactive information to the Sales Networks / Key accounts

Assist EMEA Sales Team with the operational management of their non-standards requests:

- Act as Sales Networks point of contact to support them on their different projects on non-standard requests.
- Answer various questions for projects sent by the networks.
- Analyse content and fesability, cost, lead-time (if needed ask a support from the studio design or production) of the request.
- Contact directly the issuer of the request by phone to collect more information and advice directly the possibilities.
- Liaise when necessary with relevant factory department ( supply chain, quality, ).
- Check the project profitability and escalate when needed.
- Ensure the link between the studio and the Sales Networks by given and collecting information regarding the development of proposal.
- Send the lab samples to customer/ Sales Networks by DHL.
- Ensure daily tracking reflecting latest request status.
- Initiate the codification of all new specials.
- Make sure the commitments are respected by Data Master.
- Allow Sales Networks to proceed with the order and communicate relevant informations.
- Help Sales Networks or production if problems of missing information or delay.
- Maintain up-to-date validity dates and service codes in SAP.
- Ensure Product Request Forms updated (if new range to add, format ).

Help with the launch of the new automated request management tool:

- Activily participate on CRM implementation in our service
- Participate in testing the new tool.
- Identify possible improvement.
- Assist the go live phase.

Your Profile
- Good CRM and SAP knowledge
- Strong focus on customer service
- Team player and motivated to work in an agile work environment
- Solid organizational skills, attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Well-structured, ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English and French, any other European language will be considered as a +
- Advanced knwoledge in Microsoft Office
- 2+ years in similar coordinating position ( from customer service or junior project manager), experience in sales will be a +
