**Customer Service Officer - Spanish speaking (M/F)**:

RAK Porcelain Europe is implemented since 2006 in Luxembourg and is increasing its presence in
Europe. We count more than 70 employees in Luxembourg and Europe.
RAK Porcelain Europe and our original products are developed to meet the needs of the hotel and
catering sector.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle all requests of the clients: Orders, delivery slips, shipments, invoices & complaints
- Support the European Sales Managers with their requests in addition to CRM input and follow-up on project
- Provide information on the company's products, selling prices and lead times, if necessary
- Follow customer service procedures
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
**Skills / Experience**
- Excellent presence and work attitude, quick and willing learner
- Proficient team player
- Able to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate
- Strong work ethic, a proactive approach and can-do mindset
- Experience in commercial & administrative environment
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office Pack, especially Excel & Powerpoint
- An excellent command of English & French being mandatory, in addition to Spanish
In case of positive selection, a certificate of good standing or an extract of the criminal record can be required.
