Head of Back Office - Dispatching (m/f/n)

Vos missions

  • Vous coordonnez et supervisez les différentes activités du Back Office (Formation, Planning, Organisation Réseaux, Support IT) pour garantir le bon déroulement des processus
  • Vous assurez les relations internationales avec nos partenaires et les organismes européens, ainsi qu'avec les institutions nationales
  • Vous participez à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des plans d'urgence et du plan national de délestage gazier
  • Vous organisez et pilotez le fonctionnement technique et opérationnel des domaines Haute Tension, Moyenne Tension et Gaz, y compris la planification des interventions
  • Vous encadrez et motivez l'équipe Back Office, en favorisant la performance et la montée en compétences
  • Vous optimisez les processus internes et assurer une collaboration efficace avec les autres services

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master et justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion opérationnelle ou le management d'équipes techniques, idéalement dans le secteur de l'énergie.
  • Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des réseaux électriques et gaziers, ainsi que des processus de planification et de support opérationnel
  • Vous faites preuve d'excellentes capacités d'organisation et de coordination, d'un esprit analytique et d'une forte orientation vers l'amélioration continue
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership, votre rigueur et votre capacité à fédérer des équipes
  • Vous maitrisez, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, les langues luxembourgeoise, allemande, anglaise et française.
