Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field
- Proven experience in managing and implementing high complexity projects
- Experience managing, negotiating, and communicating with internal/external business partners to meet organizational capacity needs
- Proficiency in Excel and Program Managing Tools.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
- Ability to work on tight time frames and deadlines, to handle multiple competing priorities and projects and ensure that all stakeholders are providing key information on time for effective decision making and reporting
- Passion and drive for customer service
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills

The Middle Mile Nodes Program team is the critical link between our best in class fulfillment network and the customer. Our ability to sort and deliver packages from multiple fulfillment centers across Europe accurately and efficiently enables fast and reliable delivery service. As the Amazon Middle Mile network continues to diversify and grow, the need to innovate on our existing infrastructure and improve customer experience while continuing to grow our footprint becomes increasingly necessary and urgent.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Develop, present and execute business cases (e.g. new leases, extensions, major investments, retrofits) by collaborating with over 10+ teams to recommend real estate investment.
- Develop existing sort centers roadmaps and long-term strategy.
- Plan and Execute multiple time-sensitive, large-scale capital projects to meet business objectives in defined project timeframes.
- Drive standardization and consistency within our network while staying within budgets, and bench-marking cost against past projects, other business units and market condition.
- Interface, communicate and partner with cross functional teams at various levels of management.
- Work closely with Real Estate, Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, General Contractors, Operations, and the Project Team to build and secure support and resources for projects.
- Connect with the different stakeholders (Finance, Engineering, Network Planning, etc.) to standardize investment frameworks and financial models.
- Generate ideas and rolls them into the creation of best practices and standardized tools.
- Understand business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program, project or sub-task
Luxembourg, LUX
- Master’s degree/MBA in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Experience in management within the Transport, Distribution or Logistics industry would be highly desirable
- PMP or other project management certification
- Proficiency with MS Project
- Other European languages
