Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant - Holding - Accountancy

You will have to ensure that general ledger balances are correctly maintained in the accounting system and will report to the team manager any issue you might discover ;
You will also have to ensure that reconciliation processes are appropriately performed and data is correctly maintained in different systems ;
Assist in the preparation/review of annual accounts under LUX GAAP and IFRS, disclosures, footnotes and related support for the company’s external reporting obligations ;
As a Senior Accountant, you will also be asked to review the work of junior team members and to be a key person of contact for them if they have questions or doubts.

You are in charge of liaising with third parties such as external service providers and ensuring a good and efficient collaboration with them. You will also provide them with the necessary and up to date documents for the compliance process.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Accountant - Holding - Accountancy

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant in Luxembourg, and have learned over the years how to handle a client portfolio from A to Z.

You fluently speak and write English as this is also the only language that is spoken internally and mandatory for this position.

Experience on a portfolio composed of Luxembourg Holding companies/Soparfi is asked as these are the files you will be asked to handle in an autonomous manner.

You have great organizational skills which allows you to easily multitask and respect deadlines.
