Our long-term partner, a fiduciary with an excellent reputation, is looking for a Senior Accountant who will be in charge of a portfolio of SOPARFIs/holding companies. We are happy to collaborate with our partner, a modern fiduciary based in Luxembourg since 2005. The structure is composed of 50 people who are working in several small teams of 5-6 people. Inside these teams, accountants work under the responsibility of an Accounting Manager who will be happy to provide you with high quality trainings.
The fiduciary, registered to the OEC, would like to continue to provide its clients with a high quality service as they have been dealing with prestigious and stable clients since their beginnings. The fiduciary allows its employees to have good career prospects and you will have the opportunity to develop yourself with trainings to climb the ladder of responsibilities.
They are ideally located for people who want to use public transportation. Indeed, the fiduciary is easily reachable as many bus/tramway stops are quite close. However, you will be happy to find a parking near the company if you prefer to take the car.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant - Fiduciary - Luxembourg

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for a portfolio composed of SOPARFIs/Holdingcompanies. You will be involved from A to Z in accounting with the support of your Accounting Manager.

You will be happy to receive trainings to help your team to reach its targets. Indeed, you will be an essential part of the team because of your previous experiences and your accounting knowledge.

You will have the opportunity to develop your team by supporting a Junior Accountant in his or her tasks and reviewing their work.

To have a good knowledge of your portfolio, you will be in charge of regularly contacting your clients. This way, it will be easier for you and your team to understand their needs.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Accountant - Fiduciary - Luxembourg

You have minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant in a fiduciary, PFS or in a Big Four in Luxembourg.

You have had the opportunity to manage a portfolio of SOPARFIs/holding companies from A to Z.

English is required, if you speak another language (German, French or Luxembourgish), it will be considered as an asset.

You are motivated to join a multicultural company and you would like to develop your technical skills with internal and external trainings.

You will have the opportunity to work within a multicultural team who will be happy to welcome you as soon as possible

You will benefit from a salary up to € 5.100 gross per month, depending on your previous experience and your knowledge.

You will be happy to receive external and internal high quality trainingswhich will allow you to improve your skills and evolve in the structure in time.

You will have an interesting salary package which will include meal vouchers (€10.80), a bonus and 3 additional holidays (29 days off in total).

You will benefit from flexible hours which will allow you to start your day earlier or later.

The fiduciary will allow you to work on a part-time basis (80% or 90%) and this way have a healthy and good work-life balance. A full time status is of course also possible, and you will still benefit from a very good balance between your private and professional life.
